I installed my Google Nest thermostat (Gen 3) about a month ago, and my furnace (York TG9S060B12MP11B) worked fine—until last week. Suddenly, I started experiencing multiple issues, including: • Short cycling (shutting off unexpectedly after 1 to 10 minutes) • A 2-red-blink fault code (indicating a pressure switch wiring fault) • Clicking relay sounds from the control board • Failure to fire up the burners • Problems occurred more frequently at night I tried to fix the problem myself by replacing the pressure switches, cleaning the flame sensor, etc. – but no luck. My wife contacted eight HVAC companies, but no one was able to diagnose the problem. Some suggested replacing the heat exchanger and Control Board, while most recommended replacing the entire furnace ($6K–$9K). Then, one honest technician from Greentop Heating provided a free diagnosis and identified the issue after spending an hour at my house. He gave me the advice and didn’t charge me any money. After properly connecting Google Nest, all issues disappeared, including the fault code, and my furnace is now operating normally again. I’m incredibly grateful for the technician’s honest advice—he saved me thousands of dollars and has earned my trust and future business from my friends and family. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!!

I believe that the quality of after-service in HVAC installation is very important, and in that regard, I am very satisfied with this company. I installed a heat pump a year ago, and recently, there was a manufacturer's valve issue with the heat pump. They came promptly the following day for a diagnosis, ordered a new part from the manufacturer, and repaired it completely free of charge under warranty. I was impressed with how perfectly they handled the aftercare service. Igor fixed the issue professionally and explained the helpful management methods well. I have been recommending this company to many people in my neighborhood. It is a great company.

Greentop was a lifesaver today! Perhaps not literally; definitely figuratively. I type this as I'm defrosting myself. On Monday Feb 3, 2025 - a snow day - my furnace decided to stop working. I woke up to a very, very, VERY cold house. The first HVAC companies I reached didn't have availability until Tuesday or Wednesday.
