Thank you Green Top for your honesty, and for saving me a fortune! I had been using a different company to do my annual furnace maintenance. One day, they came out to do the maintenance and told me that the furnace was not safe to use, and needed to be replaced immediately; they sent out a project manager within an hour and gave me quotes ranging from $10K to $25K. My furnace had been working perfectly, so I was skeptical. I called Green Top and explained the situation, and they sent out 2 techs to inspect my furnace that day. They found nothing wrong with it, and said it was safe to use, and didn't need any repairs. I am impressed with their very quick response and honesty. I will be using Green Top from now on for my annual A/C and furnace maintenance.

Easy to schedule service with this vendor. They texted day-of to confirm the appointment, and arrived within an hour of the original service time. Ruslan looked at our furnace and said that the igniter did not need replacing after all. No charge for the visit. Initially there was some miscommunication and the project was not done properly but after speaking to the owner Ruslan they returned quickly and corrected it. They were timely and responsive.

Great experience! After quoting all the other guys for a heat pump, a friend pressured me into reaching out to GreenTop. The quote I got was unbelievable! It was so different I double checked with the estimator we were both talking about name brand heat pumps (not a ceiling fan) right? YEP! The lead time for installation was faster than my schedule allowed. Everyone was courteous and professional. The installers were great. Roman and his partner clearly had my best interests at heart. They even did basic dry wall patching after discovery holes. My favorite was there was a little bit of a language barrier but "happy wife, happy life" translates universally.

We had these guys install a new heat pump. They were awesome! Showed up on time, quote was reasonable and the inspector even complimented their work! I’d highly recommend them!

We had to replace our old furnace and contacted Greentop Heating. They are very professional and friendly. The estimator did a great job explaining options and costs. Quick scheduling for install after we accepted the bid. The technicians that did the removal of the old furnace and install of the new one where great, again very professional and friendly. A 5 -star experience for us working with Greentop Heating.

Fantastic service - after moving recently the AC + heater worked alright, but, by the second summer - everything powered up but no cooling. After looking at the permitting and contacting the original installer, they quoted close to 2x what Greentop wound up doing the work for. Within 3 hours we had two leaks patched, ID'ed multiple faulty connectors, and our AC cools significantly faster.

From start to finish my experience with Greentop Heating was great. The estimator was professional and thorough. The installation staff very qualified and courteous and the communication following installation to ensure everything went well was also very good. This company is worth checking out as they also gave me the best price. That tells me they are a well run company at all levels.

All the people that worked in this project did a great job. I am very pleased with the service given to me by Andres who assisted me from beginning to end. Always pleasant and polite.
