Spring cleaning isn’t complete without air duct cleaning! We had this done as part of our annual deep clean, and the air is noticeably lighter. The house feels fresher, and even the furniture stays dust-free longer. Definitely adding this to our yearly routine!
I contacted 4 companies to replace an old oil furnace. GreenTop came out and their technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to give us a fair price. What sealed the deal was the warranty on the parts and labor. They were able to schedule us in a few days later and was able to successfully install our furnace. I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend them for their services.
Had a great experience with the GreenTop team. Andres came out to discuss the project and patiently answered all my follow-up questions promptly and honestly. He quoted a fair price relative to the other companies I spoke to. Vlad and his team did a terrific job installing the heat pump, ductwork, and mini-split. We don’t have a huge house, but they were able to complete the whole job in a little over 2 days. If you want experienced, friendly, high-quality HVAC service and install, I could not recommend GreenTop more highly. Great work, guys!
Their prices are good, they’re very responsive and offer a variety of options. Andres, Hena and Oleksi were all great to work with. Highly recommend for heat pumps.
Our whole experience, from quote to installation, was fantastic. Andres was quick and responsive with the quote (not to mention it was the most competitive, for the EXACT same units, as the four other quotes I received). Sergei and Vlad worked two very long days, during the hottest days ever in Seattle, to ensure our installation was perfect. We live in a historic Victorian home, and they were incredibly thoughtful to minimize the impact of the installation and streamline all the exterior channels (and ensure they were all painted to blend in with the house). We are so happy to have found Greentop and feel so fortunate to have had Sergei and Vlad work on our house - they did such a great job!
It was the hottest week in Seattle and my A/C wouldn't work without the fan. I've been with another HVAC company (not to be named) for 10 years and they told me it would take 2 weeks before they could even get someone to give me a quote on a replacement.
I decided to call Green Top. Andres came to my house within a few days and not only did he give me a quote right away but he told me they could have it installed the next day! Thank God because it was 90° that weekend!

Greentop did an exceptional job, working with us and our HOA to arrive at an acceptable solution for a Mitsubishi 2 zone mini-split . They provided competitive pricing on different options, and worked closely with our general contractor to time their work with our major remodel activities. Andres, their sales rep was customer-focused, setting and managing expectations throughout. They had various workers perform the different phases so it’s hard to acknowledge a single one, but they were all careful and quick. I would highly recommend.
We loved working with the Adrian, Vlad, and the GreenTop team. I had an initial estimate from Vlad that was far and away better than the others I had evaluated. They provided an excellent value. On installation day, Adrian came and did an outstanding job. He set up the two indoor units for our system and installed an outdoor unit as well. He wore a mask and shoe covers as we had requested. In addition to a high quality of work, he was very nice and respectful.
I want to add to my original review. We had a second, large, complicated job (5 indoor unit mini split system). They had the best estimate by far. They did an outstanding job so I need to mention the team members - Ihor S, Vlad, and Alex. Knowledgeable, professional (always took off shoes or used shoe covers), and friendly (both to us and our dogs). They were mindful of our babies sleep schedule. I can’t say enough about them, I’d use them again anytime. Don’t believe me? Get quotes that are twice as expensive from someone else and you will see.
Greentop installed a mini split setup in our nursery. They were the best quote and availability for install and were very professional and clean. They also came out to inspect and perform and needed maintenance on some legacy heads and compressors that the builder installed. They were again professional , reasonable, and prompt. I didn't feel pushed into a maintenance plan or for any unnecessary services.
