We highly recommend GreenTop for all HVAC and heatpump work. They provided service for us twice: fixing our heat pump and relocating our HVAC/installing a new register. Before hiring them to fix our heatpump, we were told by another HVAC company that we had a refrigerant leak, which would cost a lot of $$$$$ to fix. The other company also recommended a method that would not be good for the heatpump long-term. When Ruslan from GreenTop came, it turned out there was no leak, and he was able to diagnose and fix it within the diagnostic time and without any additional charges. Ruslan was super knowledgeable for heatpump related issues. I recently used Greentop to replace my gas furnace with a heat pump. After getting quotes from numerous installers, they were among the most competitively priced for the Mitsubishi hyper heat system I wanted. Other companies also with “green” in their name wanted nearly double the cost for the identical hyper heat system, and tried to push me on a worse Diakin system that required backup gas or electric strips. Make sure to quote around!
Through out the process Andres and the rest of the team was always extremely prompt to respond and easy to work with. A few weeks later we scheduled in the install and I had our new heat pump! Hena and Mark did a fantastic job on the install working quickly, thoroughly and they even cleaned up after themselves when they were finished! Somehow cleaning up seems to have been forgotten by most other contractors these days.
A few months later, I realized that the heat pump they installed was actually the non hyper heat version of the system. Their quote had hyper heat in the description, but the model listed was actually the non-hyper heat. I called Andres back and explained the mixup. I was worried that they would dismiss my request since the job was already completed, but Andres and Greentop supported me through out the process. Since there was shared responsibility for the mixup we agreed to split the cost to upgrade me to the correct hyper heat system. After a few weeks Hena and Mark came back out and swapped out my outdoor unit to the correct hyper heat system in an hour and half start to finish (and they cleaned up again)! Overall I can’t recommend these guys enough.
Alex and Sergei were prompt, and fixed our furnace at a reasonable cost.
Greentop came out and installed a four zone ductless mini split and we are very happy. Andrés worked with us to figure out the best options for our house and kept in constantly communication throughout the entire project. The installation team was on time, clean, and thorough. There was a small issue that came up and the company sent out a tech the next day to resolve. Highly recommend Greentop. They've done installations for a half dozen folks at my work and everybody has raving reviews.

Our furnace blower quit working Sunday 1/14/24. They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment Mon. afternoon. Igor tried many things to get it working however, the blower motor was not functioning properly and a replacement could not be found right away. The furnace was over 20 yrs. old so we decided to have a new furnace installed. Vlad and Sergey arrived 8:30 am Tue. and 2 hrs. later our house was warming up from the 40 degrees it had been at since Sun. Thanks Greentop for getting it done.
