I called Alex B about a concern yesterday evening and the crew was here this morning. My installation was three years old and the labor warranty had expired, but they took care of it without charge. Impressive customer service !

GreenTop provided a timely furnace replacement estimate. They were second on our shortlist, but were not able to provide the best price. My review is only for the estimate as we did not go forward on the installation with GreenTop.

Green Top Heating provided the best estimate to replace my 40 year old broken home furnace. Unlike other HVAC contractors, they didn't charge for a diagnostic service visit. The installation of the new furnace into the former tight location in the middle of the house and the connection to existing ducts, took only four hours. The service tech laid down floor covering leaving the carpet clean.

We 100% recommend GREENTOP! We had 2 other outrageous bids to fix/replace our Mitsubishi heat pump/head and air handler. Ruslin from GREENTOP came out - no diagnostic charge- figured out the problem by explaining it simply and clearly. He really knows his stuff and looked at the sensors, etc. and determined we didn't have to replace anything but get more refrigerant and a really good cleaning. The other HVAC companies charged us for coming out to check out the system and said we either had to replace the whole system or the compressor, etc and hope it fixed the problem! 100%recommend Rusin/GreenTOP Heating. So refreshing to find a knowledgeable expert who wants to find the problem and fix it - and not gouge the customer to make their quota or whatever. Very Honorable.

Andres gave me the most comprehensive (and lowest price) quote for our Mini Split System. He spent over one hour on his visit to our home explaining the system and how it worked. Furthermore, he took all my calls with the many questions I had regarding the equipment. The installation took only a day, the crew was very professional, and it was scheduled around our agenda. I recommend this company; and hopefully you'll deal with Andres.

Greentop Heating and their tech Ruslan are lifesavers! I’ve been trying for 3-weeks to find a HVAC tech who does commercial work on a heating issue in my office. I’ve been cancelled on or told no commercial work. I literally called Greentop Heating yesterday and got an appointment the next day. Ruslan came out and fix the issue instantly. In a nut shell, the estimate happened quickly, the price was competitive, communication was quick, my concerns were addressed, the installers were on time and were friendly and respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves. If there were any delay in the process it was ME. I was a bit skeptical when Andres the estimator suggested my current 80,000 btu furnace was too big and that I only needed a lower cost 60,000 btu. But they were right! The new furnace heats the house exactly the same as the old furnace based my temperature data. I’m an engineer….sorry. The furnace was also tightly walled in on 3 sides, but Oleskii and Dylan still got it installed in one long day with no wall damage. So with the 20% smaller furnace size and 16% improvement in efficiency, I’m now hoping to see a 36% reduction in my heating bill. Great work Greentop. I’d recommend you to anyone.
