The team members Hennadii, Roma and two young electricians together finished installation. They did a very beautiful job both in the house and out the door. I had a fantastic experience with Greentop when they installed a heat pump system for me. What really set them apart from the other quotes I got was their creativity and problem-solving skills in figuring out the best way to run refrigerant lines without making them an eye sore. They don’t just opt for the approach that's the least amount of work for them; they really work with you to design a solution that fits your space and your needs. On top of that, their pricing is excellent--by far the least of the quotes I got. When installation day came (just one week after accepting their quote) they rolled up with an 8 man crew and completed the entire job in a single day. The inspection passed without any issues. It's been nearly 3 years since their original install, and I've had zero complaints about the system. I had them come out to add a fourth head unit and decided that this company really deserves a review for their excellent work. End to end excellent service on our heat pump installation. They provided us a very consultative quote with several options to meet our needs. The estimate was far less than other companies for the same equipment. Once we selected GreenTop, they were able to start installation within 2 business days. They did a great job on installation and the owner even called to check in and ensure I was happy. The inspectors said all was installed well. I used Greentop to install a ductless minisplit system into my home. Andres, the estimator gave me quote that was much, much lower than the competitors. Even when I asked for him to put the head somewhere different than we originally talked about, he did not change the price, although he would have been within his rights to do so. Mark, the installer, was polite and thorough. They cleaned up very quickly and completely after the project and have been quick to reply to all my inquiries before, during, and after the project. I was kind of a pest and I was only ever treated with respect. Highly recommend!

We got several bids from diamond contractors for replacing our very old HVAC system with the Mitsubishi ducted heat pump system plus a separate mini-split system. Greentop bids were very competitive. Andres came over and looked at our requirements. He was very professional and only recommended what is required and necessary. The crew who came for installation were also very professional. We were told it will take two days to complete the installation. On the evening of second day, when the installation was completed and were testing the system they discovered that one of the outdoor units is defective. Alex, the manager called me and explained the issue. He also assured me that one of the crew members will drive down to Everet and get the new equipment to replace the defective unit. Rather than leaving us in cold weather another day, they put extra effort to work late in the evening to finish the work. The next day we discovered that the Mitsubishi Wifi controller was not getting connected to my phone. Mr. Rusian came the same day and helped to connect our phone to the Wifi controller. Overall, I am very happy with the Greentop service.
