I had a heat pump with AC and gas furnace installed in 2020. No problems since. Great price and great service. They really went the extra mile and did it all in one day. Staying very late into the night to make that happen. Recently we were doing renovations downstairs. While doing so we noticed that the gas furnace was not completing a cycle, I just changed the filter 6 weeks ago so didn’t even think it would be that. Especially with how clean it typically is. Well. Called GreenTop out to take a look and turns out it was the filter. Never saw it that dirty before and now I know. Also did a wellness check on the system and it all looks great. I got a split unit heat pump installed through GREENTOP Heating and really love their work. I have an existing home, so they worked with me on options to route to each of the indoor units, answered all my questions (even when I was just curious and trying to learn more). During the estimate consultation, Andreas answered all of my (numerous) questions about his recommendations and even called out an issue from another quote I received that would have placed the condenser somewhere that wouldn't pass Seattle municipal inspection, which saved me a lot of issues bouncing back and forth after the fact. On top of that, they were also far better priced than my other quote. They were able to get me scheduled soon after I called to start the process and in about a week the install was done. The other quote I received had pushed the turnaround on installation out almost two months by comparison. The installation crew where all really knowledgeable and got the install done quickly and kept everything clean throughout the process. The electrician who came in also did some extra digging and figure out a really clean way to route power to the unit to save having to route flexible conduit from my circuit panel to the unit or rip up a lot of dry wall. Everything about the process was clean and well executed, can't recommend them enough if you're looking to get a split unit system installed.
