✓ Check condensate drains for clogs and add drain tabs to pan as needed
✓ Check for gas leaks on the gas line
✓ Clean flame sensors
✓ Check and adjust the gas valve to proper settings
✓ Check all electronic controls in the heating & cooling system and tighten connections
✓ Check temperature split between supply and return
✓ Check refrigerant charge
✓ Change batteries for the thermostat (if needed)
✓ Test all voltage/amperage to motors and compressor
✓ Test capacitors, start and run
✓ Clean secondary drain pan - vacuum if necessary
✓ Lubricate all motors and parts as needed
✓ Health and safety inspection - Air conditioning
